Training runs at two bases: John Cumming Stadium, Carluke (Mondays 18:30-20:00 and Wednesdays 19:00-20:30) and Wishaw Sports Centre (Tuesdays 19:00-20:30, and Thursdays 19:00-20:30 in spring/summer). In autumn and winter, Thursday training moves to Ravenscraig Regional Sports Centre, where coaches confirm times and an additional £4 per month membership fee applies. Additional sessions may be offered through the season and alternative venues may be used in winter. Separate road running sessions are listed on the club's Road Running page.
