Tuesday options are a track session at Merkland running track (18:00, led by Allison Law), Team R speed session (18:00, shorter and less intense), Team G speed session (18:30, run in 16-week blocks for experienced runners targeting half marathons and marathons) and a Zone 2 easy 5km (19:00). Thursday offers a group run of six to ten miles at steady or tempo pace, and Just Run, a slower social group for beginners and returners; high-vis clothing and head torches are required in winter. Sunday has three options from the same start: Sunday Social (social pace, coffee and cake afterwards), Semi Social (half marathon 1:45-2:00 or marathon 3:45-4:15 pace) and Anti Social (long run for competitive marathoners). Coaches also arrange ad-hoc track, trail and cross country sessions at Emirates Arena, Drumpellier Country Park and Broadwood Stadium. Membership is £5 per month for adults, £3 for juniors and £8.50 for families; Just Run Couch to 5K and 5-10K programmes are free. Members get paid entry to district and national races, a club championship calendar with transport, and a monthly time trial. Prospective members can try sessions first, then complete the membership enquiry form on the website and attend an induction session held at the start of each month.
