Kesgrave Kruisers

Kesgrave Kruisers — a run club in Ipswich. England Athletics affiliated club. Activities: cross country, road running, track field, trail running.

Tuesday sessions run at Kesgrave War Memorial Community Centre (KWMCC) at 19:00 and consist of laps around the field in varying formats. Thursday sessions at 19:00 use various locations and include distance efforts, interval repeats, hill sessions and occasional trail runs, with venues sometimes confirmed nearer the time (one recent Thursday was held at the Library). Monthly track sessions take place at Northgate at 19:30, shared with RCR and Hadleigh Hares, and there are occasional Sunday track sessions at Northgate in the warmer months. Social runs are not officially organised or risk assessed by the club and are attended at your own risk. The club uses Spond as its official app for communication, sessions and events from September 2026, and the website has "Join Us", log-in and registration pages plus a club news subscription. The club also organises the Alan Brown 10K in Kesgrave each June. No membership fee is stated on the site. England Athletics affiliated club.
