Main club training runs on Tuesday evenings at Whitemans Green, Cuckfield from April to September, and at Warden Park Academy, Cuckfield during the darker, colder months. Many adult members also run in groups on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings; start times and meeting points for these are announced at Tuesday training or can be sent by email on request. Prospective members interested in endurance running are expected to be able to run for about an hour; those not yet at that level can join a Beginner/Improver group. To join, register interest via the club enquiries email address and try a couple of Tuesday sessions before committing, then submit the membership application form to Mike Parish, the Membership Secretary, at [email protected]. Membership runs 1 April to 31 March; senior membership totals £110.50 (£22.50 joining fee/club vest, £65.00 membership, £23.00 England Athletics fee), seniors 60+ £80.50, students £96.75 and associate (non-training) membership £25.00. Fees are paid online via an invoice sent after the application is processed. England Athletics affiliated club.
