Senior sessions are on Tuesdays and Fridays at 18:00 from Ivybridge Rugby Club. Tuesday sessions rotate through summer handicaps, 3K team relays at Filham, "Spirit of the Moor" runs, road loops around Bittaford/Wrangaton/Ugborough or speed sessions at Woolcombe Road, and hill sessions including one at the viaduct; some autumn runs are headtorch runs. A Couch to 5K programme runs on an ongoing basis from the Rugby Club, new runners can join at any time and it is free to join; call Sharon on 01752 894494 for details. The club takes part in the Westward League cross country and Sportshall fixtures, and helps organise local races including the Flete 10K.
