Adult membership runs 1 April to 31 March, with reduced rates from halfway through the year and renewals open from 1 March. Rates listed: Adult Full Membership £108 plus £23 England Athletics affiliation (£108 for second claim), 65+ Full Membership £54 + £23 EA, half membership for university students or members living 60+ miles away £54, Family Full Membership £222, Adult Road Runners & XC £51 (also £51 second claim), 65+ Road Runners & XC £26, and a Couch to 5K category at £10 available January to March only (bookings open in December). Full membership allows training on the track or with the road runners on Tuesday and Thursday; the Road Runners & XC membership covers road running only and requires you to be 18 or over. All sessions are included in the annual membership with no additional entry or coaching fees. Training is led by UK Athletics qualified coaches and covers sprinting, middle distance, endurance, road running, jumps and throws. The club competes in track and field, road running and cross country, including the Sussex Cross Country League. Joining and renewal are handled through membermojo; a free trial session can be arranged via the website contact form, which lets you direct enquiries to areas such as road running, track and field, membership, Couch to 5k, coaching or masters athletics.
