East London Runners is a running club of over 250 members based in Wanstead, east London, with members from Snaresbrook, Woodford, South Woodford, Leyton, Leytonstone, Ilford, Stratford and the wider Essex/east London area. Members run distances from 5k to ultramarathons, on road and cross country. The club states that runners of all abilities are welcome.
