About

Dolmen Athletic Club is a recreational running club in Carlow Town, established in 2020 and affiliated to Athletics Ireland. It caters for complete beginners through to advanced endurance runners, with coached groups from walk-to-jog level up to marathon training. Sessions are based at Carlow Rugby Club in the Oak Park area, with quiet local running routes, plus track work at SETU.
