Run club in Rivière-du-Loup
Synérgic is a running club based in Rivière-du-Loup, Quebec, open to runners of all levels from complete beginners to experienced runners. The emphasis is on running together at each person's own pace rather than on competition, with a strong social side. Weekly group sessions are led by qualified endurance running coaches and vary between easy jogging, intervals and group runs.
