Adult sessions run from the Springfield Community Campus: Tuesday and Thursday meet at 18:50 for announcements and briefing with a 19:00 start, lasting about an hour, plus a Friday morning session meeting at 09:15. A monthly training schedule lists away runs and special events, which have their own start times and locations. The club runs a beginners group, with the next course starting on Tuesday 28 April 2026 (details on the Beginners page). Membership for 2026/27 costs £39 for new members, £36 for returning members paying by 30 April 2026 (£39 May–Nov 2026), £29 for late joiners from December 2026 to March 2027, £29 for students, £15/£19 for second-claim returning/new members already England Athletics affiliated through another club, and £40 for the beginners course including EA membership; the membership year starts on 1 April 2026. Prospective members can attend a Tuesday or Thursday club night as a guest free of charge; contact Membership Secretary Dan Osborne in advance.
