Broseley Joggers

Broseley Joggers is a small road and cross-country running club formed in 2013, based in the centre of Broseley, Shropshire. It is open to people aged 16 and over of all running abilities, and runs take place in and around Broseley and Ironbridge, including off-road routes in Benthall Woods during the summer. Routes can include steep inclines, and groups loop back for less experienced runners.

The club runs twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday at 18:30, with a variety of runs normally available for different speeds and abilities. Meeting points change seasonally: Broseley Library car park (TF12 5EQ) in summer, from the last Sunday in March, and the Station car park by the Iron Bridge (TF8 7JP) in winter, from the last Sunday in October. Non-members can come along to a club run before joining. Membership costs £15 a year, with an additional £23 fee for England Athletics affiliated registration; membership types include England Athletics first and second claim, non-registered, and social membership. Fees are due annually by 1 April and paid by bank transfer. Join by completing the membership form on the website; the treasurer can be contacted at broseleyjoggers@hotmail.com. All run leaders hold the UK Athletics Leadership in Running Fitness qualification and have passed a DBS check. England Athletics affiliated club.
