The club meets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, with a further group meeting on Wednesday morning, and aims to run a cross country course on Sunday mornings depending on the availability of run leaders. Activities include road running, cross country and Southern Counties Veterans Athletic Club track and field competitions, plus a club Grand Prix championship with races from 5km to half marathon, a Summer Handicap series, time trials without a watch ("Naked Runs"), mob matches and relays, and an annual open 5 mile country race.
