Run club in Sherbrooke
Athlétisme Sherbrooke is an athletics club in Sherbrooke, Quebec, offering programmes from introduction to high performance, including an adult running programme for ages 17 and over. The adult running activity is coached and adapted to each participant's level and goals, and is split into three seasonal sessions: cross-country in autumn, indoor track in winter and outdoor track or road running in summer. Both beginners and more experienced runners take part, with sessions mixing endurance work, intervals and running-technique drills.
The adult running programme ("Entraînement course à pied", 17+) runs twice a week under qualified coaches, with training led in a sociable atmosphere. Participants also receive a training plan for the whole session with extra runs to complete on their own. In winter, a running-technique session is included every second week. It is sold as three separate blocks: 31 August to 27 November 2026 (13 weeks, $283), 30 November to 30 April 2027 (20 weeks, $395) and 3 May to 6 August 2027 (14 weeks, $299); affiliation fees to Athlétisme Québec, including athlete accident insurance, are included. Registration is through the online shop on the club website, and contact details are on the club website.
