All listed training is for juniors, so no adult sessions are available. For reference, junior training runs three times a week (Saturday morning, Sunday morning and Tuesday evening) at venues including Apley Woods, Wrekin College in Wellington, Meole Brace School in Shrewsbury, Shrewsbury Quarry and Ercall Wood Academy, with occasional cross country sessions at Haughmond Hill or Gaskill Fields, Much Wenlock. Annual membership is £20 for under 11s and £37 for U13, U15 and U17 (including England Athletics affiliation), with club vests £16.50-£18.50 and optional training tops, hoodies and jackets.
