WinCity Endurance Project

WinCity Endurance Project is an endurance running group and coaching service based in Windsor, Ontario, affiliated with Athletics Ontario and Athletics Canada. It provides personalised run coaching, strength training, performance testing and injury support, working with runners from first-time finishers and busy professionals through to Boston qualifiers and national-level athletes. Training is delivered as individualised programmes rather than advertised group sessions, with assessment, monitoring and race planning included at the higher tiers.

Coaching is offered in three monthly tiers: Performance Plan at $99 + HST (an individualised running, strength and prehab programme to follow independently, with a performance assessment), Performance Coaching at $199 + HST (adds training feedback, data-driven monitoring and ongoing communication), and Performance Partnership at $399 + HST (adds injury rehab via Ignite Health on a bi-weekly basis, weekly personal strength training and lactate threshold testing). The process begins with an enquiry, then an assessment covering run video analysis, strength assessment and lactate threshold testing, followed by an individualised plan, ongoing coaching and race-day planning. The group is affiliated with Athletics Ontario and Athletics Canada. No regular group training times or meeting place are listed; enquiries can be made through the contact form on the club website.
