Monday runs start at 19:00 from Kirkham Cricket Club, with runners heading out over a range of distances and speeds. Wednesday structured sessions start at 19:00 and are led by UKA/England Athletics qualified coaches from a variety of locations around the area, including Spen Lane, Carr Lane, Mowbreck Lane, the Triangle (PR4 2BQ), Trilanco (PR3 3JZ), People's Park in Kirkham and the sand dunes; session types include hills, fartlek, sprints, tempo and interval work, and some dates are given over to interclub fixtures or socials. The published schedule is subject to change. As of January 2024 the club had 160 members, including 135 first-claim members. New members can take a free trial week with a social run on a Monday or Wednesday; joining is via the Join Us link on the website, and coaches can be contacted to discuss training and racing goals. No membership fee is stated on the site. England Athletics affiliated club.
