Vale Royal AC — a run club in Northwich. England Athletics affiliated club. Activities: cross country, hill fell, road running, track field, trail running.

Senior training is split into endurance, sprints and a "Run Together" group, with separate contacts for each (endurance: Shaun McGrath 07485517132; Run Together: Lou Walker or Eleanor Riches by email; sprints via the website contact form). Timetables differ between April–September and October–March: in winter some sessions move to St. Nicholas High School (for example Run Together Tuesday 18:30–20:00 and a Thursday 19:30–20:30 slot) and there are additional Sunday runs at Delamere at 09:00 and 10:00. Track sessions use the club's fenced 400m track with floodlights, trackside toilets and changing cabins; most groups train on the cinder track at Knights Grange. The club invites prospective members to get in touch for taster sessions before joining; competition entry is open to affiliated members and club kit (T-shirts, hooded sweatshirts, running vests) is available. No membership prices are given on the site. The published training table mixes junior and senior groups, so some senior start times may vary. England Athletics affiliated club.
