Senior running groups cover all abilities, from beginners to sub-3-hour marathon runners, and sessions are led by volunteer qualified coaches and run leaders. Full training schedules are published and sessions are booked through the Connect My Club app. New adult members complete a two-step registration process on the club's "How to join as an Adult" page, which starts a two-week trial. The club also offers track and field in summer at Archway School, triathlon training, and entries in the Gloucestershire AAA and Gwent League cross-country series; beginner running groups are advertised on the website and social media through the year.
