Senior track training runs Tuesday and Thursday 19:00-20:30 (coached sprints, endurance and throws), with uncoached sprints and endurance on Saturday 09:30-13:00 and a Sunday 09:00 endurance long road run led by a qualified run leader. Endurance group sessions are tailored to different speeds, and coaching is offered from beginner to elite, including tailoring for specific races. A senior taster session costs £6 on any Tuesday or Thursday at 19:00, with no booking required. Annual membership is £30 for seniors (including England Athletics membership) or £10 for second-claim members; coached track training is an additional £26 per month for seniors, and is free for members who volunteer four times a month for track registration. Membership includes free entry to league races, club discounts, social events and access to the Sunday long run. The club competes in the Met League, Chingford League, Southern Athletics League, Surrey Road League and South of England Athletics Association. Club vests cost £25 at the track; other kit is available from the club kit store. Changing and shower facilities are available at the centre. England Athletics affiliated club.
