The club runs weekly group runs on Thursday evenings from the Plough and Harrow, using routes around Skelmersdale, Beacon Country Park and the trails of Pimbo and Up Holland. It has England Athletics qualified run leaders, an interval session lead, Couch to 5K support leaders and Return to Running leaders, and it takes part in local races and social events during the year. The site says prospective members can attend a few group runs before committing.
