Shadwell Runners

Shadwell Runners — a run club in Leeds. England Athletics affiliated club. Activities: cross country, road running, trail running. RunAndTalk club (mental-health friendly).

Club run nights are Tuesday and Thursday evenings, meeting at the Red Lion car park at 19:30 and the Dexter car park at 18:00, with varying pace and distance groups; ad-hoc interval sessions are often available. Other running sessions include a Wednesday "Lunch Blast" (12:00-12:45), Thursday track night (19:30-20:30), and ad-hoc group runs on Saturdays and Sundays. The club is affiliated to England Athletics and participation in club activities requires paid-up membership, applied for through the Join Us page. A trial session before joining can be arranged by emailing shadwellrunners@gmail.com. Members are asked not to park in the Red Lion car park; on-street parking is available.
