Senior club training is on Tuesday evenings at 18:30 from the Pudsey Civic Hall car park. Sessions rotate weekly between hill reps and speed sessions of different lengths, covering 6 to 11 miles, with the schedule published on the club calendar about a month ahead. Everyone runs as one group, with regrouping and recovery-pace stretches, and the club suggests being able to run roughly a 45-minute 10K to keep up. Membership is £35 a year for First Claim Senior (or £20 if opting out of the England Athletics affiliation fee, which then excludes EA-affiliated races) and £15 a year for Second Claim Senior, with a discount for students. Prospective senior members can attend a few sessions to try the club and are asked to email in advance. The club is affiliated to England Athletics (no. 2658452) and competes in the West Yorkshire Athletics XC League, Northern Athletics, Yorkshire Vets AA League, PECO XC League, and FRA and BOFRA championships. Members receive recommendations for physios, massage and yoga for runners, plus a monthly Sports Shoes discount code. Coaching and volunteering pathways are also available.
