Training is communicated to members by email at the start of each training block or weekly via the club bulletin. Sessions include tempo/threshold work, with a published tempo pace table giving target paces per km and per mile based on a runner's current 5km time, plus guidance on warm-up, warm-down and running in groups of similar ability. Attendance at every session is not mandatory.
