Adult options are organised as athlete pathways: Adult Performance, Trail and Masters (a Junior pathway also exists). Members receive a personalised training plan delivered through the club's app, strength and conditioning plans, running education, and access to threshold, VO2max and running economy lab testing through a collaboration with Teesside University. A range of group sessions and 1-1s runs around Durham, Newcastle and Teesside, plus several UK training weekends and overseas camps each year, including Font Romeu in France and Monte Gordo in Portugal.
