Senior training takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays year round. In the summer season (April to September) seniors train at Forches Cross playing fields from 18:30 to 20:00, choosing their preferred event such as sprints or jumps. In the winter season (October to March) seniors train indoors at Teign School on Tuesdays 19:30–21:00 and outdoors on the road on Thursdays 18:30–19:45 at venues to be confirmed; fluorescent vests must be worn by all athletes on road sessions. Newcomers are invited to come along and join a session. Training fees are paid termly by BACS and are agreed at the club AGM; the summer term 2023 fee was £50. The website lists membership costs, training times, fixtures and club contacts, and has a contact form for committee members and coaches; WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and email links are also provided.
