About

Metro St. Brigid's Athletic Club (MSB AC) is a community athletics club in Dublin 15, formed in 1993 from the merger of Metropolitan Harriers and St. Brigid's AC, with over 750 members across juvenile, junior, senior and masters sections. Adult training covers middle and long distance for road, track and cross country, a masters group, and sprints, with members ranging from those chasing national medals to people training for general health and fitness. The weekly Sunday club run at White's Gate in the Phoenix Park is an easy social run with a variety of relaxed paces.
