About

Mayo AC is an athletics club in Co. Mayo affiliated to Athletics Ireland, open to members aged 18 and upwards of all fitness levels. Training is centred on twice-weekly track sessions at Castlebar and Claremorris under the club coach, with cross-country and sprints groups also running. Members compete in county, regional and national championships on road, track and field and cross country.
