Runs are announced in series/blocks via Strava; current: MRC Autumn Series at Union West (22 Water Street, M3 4BR) - Tuesdays 22 Sept, 29 Sept and 6 Oct, bag drop from 6pm, 5K starts 6:45pm, social after.
