About

Loughrea Athletic Club is an athletics club founded in 1968, based on 27 acres of club grounds at Bushfield, about three miles from Loughrea town, Co. Galway. It caters for juvenile, senior and masters athletes as well as an adult Fit 4 Life group, and members compete in track, cross country, road races and marathons. Adult sessions include speed and interval training at Bushfield, a Saturday morning run at Kylebrack, and Fit 4 Life runs on the streets of Loughrea.
