Gravesend Road Runners — a run club in Gravesend. England Athletics affiliated club. Activities: cross country, road running. RunAndTalk club (mental-health friendly).
One club night per week, Tuesday at 19:00. Winter runs (usually October to March) start from Old Gravesendians Rugby Ground in Gravesend; summer runs (usually April to September) start from the Meadow Rooms in Cobham. Prospective members can run with the club for two weeks before deciding, after which a membership form and membership fee are required, either as an England Athletics affiliated member or as an ordinary member. The club takes part in the Kent Fitness League cross country series, an annual inter-club event with Larkfield Running Club and Istead & Ifield Harriers, and local races, and runs its own Presidents 10 handicap championship race at Jeskyns country park.
