Run club in Aldershot
Farnham Triathlon Club is a triathlon club founded in 1985, based in Farnham, Surrey and serving the surrounding Berkshire and Hampshire border areas. It has adult and youth members ranging from beginners to elite triathletes, with coached training in all three disciplines. The adult running element is a weekly track session at Aldershot Military Stadium.
Running provision is a coached track session on Monday evenings at 19:30 at Aldershot Military Stadium, Queens Road, listed as adult only. Coaches design sessions to work on speed, endurance and technique, and sessions are described as suitable for all abilities. In summer there are also bike/run brick sessions at Blackbushe. Members take part in the Southern Counties Cross Country League and club races including the Hart Sprint Triathlon.
