The main weekly session is the Wednesday club run: members meet at the club house from 18:45 for a briefing and groups set off around 19:00 for about an hour. Nine colour-coded pace groups run from roughly 3-4 miles at 13:45 min/mile (Pink) up to 7-9 miles at 7:15 min/mile (Red), with distances typically 4-5 to 8-10 miles. Each group has a run leader with a planned route, using locations such as Farnham Park, Old Park Lane, the North Downs Way, Caesar's Camp, Waverley Abbey, Bourne, Wrecclesham and Alice Holt, covering hills, trails and roads. The club house is open afterwards for a drink. You can become a member or come along for a free trial; Wednesday club night is described as the best time to visit if you are interested in joining.
