Training takes place on Monday and Wednesday evenings at the club's home track, Colchester Garrison Athletics Stadium; no start times are given on the site. The club competes in the Eastern Young Athletes League (EYAL), East Anglian League (EAL), Southern Athletics League (SAL) and Eastern Masters Athletics Club (EMAC) competitions. Membership enquiries are handled through waiting lists on the club's membership page rather than the general contact form, and waiting lists may be closed at times. A general enquiry form is available on the website, and Club Welfare Officers can be emailed via a link on the site. Club kit such as vests, t-shirts and hoodies can be bought from the club shop.
