Monday social runs cover various distances from 5-8k and are run with a tail runner/walker at the rear so no one is left behind. Thursday is the main club night, with coached strength and effort sessions on hills, grass circuits and quiet local roads; two different sessions are offered each week and participants run at their own pace. Smaller groups also meet on an ad hoc basis for longer social runs of 10k or more. The first two sessions are free. Membership costs £40 per annum, renewable on 1 April, and includes England Athletics membership; there is a membership form on the website. Contact: enquiries@aylshamrunners.com.
