Athletics Niagara is a not-for-profit track and field club founded in 1974, described as the oldest operating club of its kind in the Niagara region. It provides coached training across running events including sprints, middle and long distance, cross country, hurdles, relays and steeplechase, as well as jumps and throws. Training is structured and competition-focused, with athletes progressing from general skill development to event specialisation and competing from local to national level.
