Senior sessions are on Tuesday and Thursday at 18:30, plus informal weekend hill, road or track runs that members can ask to join. The Tuesday venue changes weekly and is announced in the WhatsApp ADAC Seniors group chat. Membership details and club policies are listed on the website.
